Over the past few years, I have worked with At Home, Home Service Solutions with regards to elder care. They are highly professional in their open communication and commitment to helping a family find the best-suited caretaker to fit their family's needs. I have known Erin Smith, co-owner of At Home, Home Service Solutions for over 2 years and find her to be a very loving and compassionate person. My mother who is 97 has dementia and lives at home with me. Erin comes to our home to care for my mother. She takes very good care of my mother, both physically and in helping her to do things regardless of her dementia. She helps my mother with word puzzles, math problems, reading, writing, singing, and other things to stimulate my mother’s brain. My mother loves her and enjoys spending time with her. She is also very knowledgeable in taking care of my mother’s physical needs, i.e. safety, nutrition, wound care, etc.
Erin’s company, At Home, Home Service Solutions also helped my mother-in-law who lives in a nearby Assisted Living Facility. When she returned to the facility after being hospitalized, Erin was very helpful in scheduling her employees to stay with my mother-in-law until she was able to regain her strength. Her employees are very caring people who treat the mind, body, and spirit of those they care for. Erin is also very knowledgeable in working with senior care facilities, government rules/regulations, and in helping families to understand and complete the necessary paperwork.
I also recommended her to my cousin who had wonderful comments about the way Erin helped her to maneuver through Veterans paperwork when her father needed additional care.
All in all, I highly recommend At Home, Home Service Solutions as a company that meets ALL of the needs in caring for our senior citizens and their families.

We all want a place and a person to call when we need help, especially when we are caring for an elderly person in our home. At Home, Home Service Solutions had been that for me. I have been taking care of an elderly mother in my home for four years now. At Home, Home Service Solutions is always the first call I make when I need extra support. They have always amazed me about how quickly they can get in assistance for me. Sometimes it has only been a two-hour notice on a holiday night and they will have someone at my door for me. They have covered vacations, after hospital stays, and revolving needs for night care. They have always been consistent, dependable, and compassionate. They listen to the qualities I need in a caregiver and never stop trying until they have found that special someone for me. I do not think I could have walked this road of caring for my mom without having such a wonderful service available for me each step of the way. Thank you.

My Mother needed care over a 15-month period of time. Although clever in her own way she was resistant to care. The caregivers were very professional, thorough, adaptable, persuasive, honest, and reliable. The agency worked with me and my Mother together solving problems, giving care under stressful conditions. Appointments were arranged with various medical staff. If they were not home visits, the agency arranged transportation to the facility. Medications, cooking, cleaning, laundry, mail, and bill paying were all done. Communication was excellent not only with my mother but also with her 3 sons who lived in different parts of the world. The last year of care was mostly 24 hour care which required another level of dedication. The agency is owner operated which gave a sense of "family."
